AMY ANDERSON
Amy Anderson graduated from St. Edward's University with a Bachelors in Media Communications and Creative Writing. A veteran of the gulf south's booming film industry, she performed stand-up comedy in New Orleans for 5 years before moving to Chicago in 2012.
A belligerent Texan and avid Beastie Boys collector, Amy is a graduate of the Improv Training Program of The New Movement Theater in New Orleans as well as a graduate of The Second City's Writing Program. She worked as director and producer for local sketch comedy groups Chalk Board Anxiety and Slacktivist Abyss. Amy is a co-founder of Huggable Riot and is so deliriously ecstatic to serve as head writer and producer for Huggable Riot productions that it has been giving her mild bathroom problems.
